Rare A. L. Walker Size TR0 "Fairie" Hand Made Hard Rubber and Aluminum Trout Reel. With less than twenty TR0 reels ever built by Walker, this tiny 2 1/4" diameter, 7/8" wide spool reel is by far the rarest of all Walker made reels. Marked with serial number 126 on the aluminum foot, this classic style reel has a nickel silver handle nut and counter balance weight on the end of the "S" shaped handle. The remaining parts are all aluminum, including the pillars, handle and knurled tail plate drag adjustment. Built as a right hand wind reel, this Fairie sized reel is rarely ever offered for sale, making this exceptionally conditioned example a true investment quality reel. With original Walker reel bag and foam lined vinyl reel case.
