Heddon No. 45 German Silver Casting Reel

Marked "Made By James Heddon's Sons - Dowagiac Mich.- No.45 - Carter's Pat. Jul 5, 04 Nov 28, 05", this high quality reel with click switch and dual grasp handle, aluminum thumb rest and tube frame construction is in excellent un-polished condition. Designed by Jack Welch and William Carter for Heddon, circa 1917.
