Hawes Rod Co. Print Blocks & Ephemera

Four original copper faced printer's blocks used in early H.W. Hawes & Co. catalogs, brochures and advertising. Three depict leaping fish, the fourth is a 3/2 Hawes rod and tube. Included are copies of letters between Marty Keane and William Schaldach about an image Keane used for his business card (leaping trout block from Keane's business card is included in this lot). Also included is a teen's-1920's Hawes Rod Co. brochure, catalog, shipping label, and a Martin J. Keane Classic Rods business card.
