Very Rare T.J. Manly Antique Wood Rod

Made by a rather obscure rod maker from North Brookfield, Mass., this 3/2 rod had dark shafts, simple nickel plated ferrules, and flip ring guides. The handle and reel seat are turned birds eye maple. It has a nickel plated down-sliding band and butt cap which bears the stamping: "T.J. Manly, Maker, No. Brookfield, Mass." The sections are full length and stored safely in a wooden form case.
