6 1/2' Heddon DeLuxe Boat Rod

This single-piece double-handle rod is in fair condition and features a detachable handle made with checkered walnut fore and aft grips. There is a down-locking reel seat with Heddon's black plastic body and a black rubber button on the bottom end which has age cracks. The guides are chromed for use in salt water and double wrapped with gold thread for extra strength. The varnish has not softened. This seldom seen model would make a nice display piece. No bag or tube.
