Zane Grey Leather Harness

Harness used with Grey's fighting chair, a necessary tool when landing big game fish. With light use and a bit of corrosion from many decades of storage. Measuring 21" x 13" with each adjustable strap exactly as Zane left it. Certainly an important signature Zane Grey item. This and all items included in this historic find come with a letter of provenance stating this bait came directly from Zane Grey's personal steamer trunk #44, which accompanied him on his 1939 trip to Australia.
