Original photograph of Zane Grey on the beach in Sydney, Australia in 1936 with his world record catch of a 1,036 lb. tiger shark. This well known photo appears in the book Zane Grey A Photographic Odyssey, measuring 8" x 10" and is in excellent condition with light age discoloration, and corner wear. Reverse has hand written "1,036 Tiger Shark caught by Zane Grey". From Grey's Altadena estate.
