Pieced and Appliqued Cotton Quilt and Wool and Silk Floral Hooked Seat Cover, America, late 19th century, the quilt with twenty-one full and sixteen partial blocks set diagonally with multicolored printed and white cotton and triangle and square-shaped segments, separated by a diamond grid pattern and border in green printed cotton, backed with white cotton, (light stains), 73 x 66 in.; the seat cover with red and white flowers on a predominantly green ground, 15 1/4 x 16 1/2 in.
