A lovely limestone polychrome relief, Late Period, c.664 - 343 BC, depicting Horus seated with a goddess, perhaps Isis, behind. They sit on decorated thrones and the entire scene is framed by an alternating color border. Some minor flaking and old restoration. H: 8 1 ½" (21.5 cm). Ex. Negus collection, UK, acquired in the early 20th century.
