A choice Moche V Fineline bottle from Peru, c. AD 550 - 700. This excellent Moro style example features two depictions of the famous Priestess in a reed boat motif. The figure is nicely detailed and is adorned with a crown and extensive jewelry. H: 9 ½". Intact, good mineral deposits. Cf. Donnan "Moche Fineline Painting I", page 173, for similar example.
