The work of art is in good condition. Signed ''Wm. T. Richards.91.'' lower right recto. Paint and support are stable; sheet has been trimmed to the edge of the image and measures 14" x 24"; the sheet has been laid down to support paper, that is hinged mounted to the support board at the top edge; foxing lightly overall with darker spots visible in a few areas - 1 1/2 inch from top edge; yellow to paper overall especially on the left edges and center; fading to pigment; Mounted under glass with hand-lined mat in press wood gilt frame
