The work of art is in good condition. Signed and dated lower right recto.Paint and support are stable and in good condition; the painting has been professionally conserved; lined, with minimal in painting in the lower right quadrant where a puncture to the canvas was repaired; minor in painting along the top edge of the canvas and a few touches of in painting in the waterfall on the left side and the background areas (match head sized or less) ; old varnish has been cleaned. Framed in period gilt wood carved frame.
