The works of art are in good condition. Morris Canal: Signed, dated and titled in pencil ''OFB Morris Canal./East Newark Aug 14/8.30PM. - 09. W.'' upper recto with additional notation. Paper is slightly discolored around edges, particularly upper edge, multiple pin holes upper corners and overall handling marks. Canal Harrison Bridge: Signed, dated and titled in pencil ''OFB Soho May 5-20 Canal Harrison Bridge'' on recto. Handling marks and small hole upper left corner.
