JIM FOOTE, OIL ON CANVAS OVER MASONITE, 1994, 20" X 30", ""RUFFED GROUSE PAIR": AMERICAN 1925-2004:Signed and dated lower right; original frame from the artist. Painted for The Ruffed Grouse Society, the painting was the front cover item for the July/August 1995 issue (vol. 7) of the Ruffed Grouse Society's magazine. A copy of that issue accompanies the painting. It is from the collection of John and Nancy Morris formerly of Birmingham, MI who purchased it directly from the artist.
