W.H. MCDAUGH, OIL ON BOARD, 20" X 24", 1931, FANSHAWE DAM, LONDON, ONTARIO: CANADIAN B. 1918:Signed lower right; original frame. The painting won a prize at the 1931 London, Ontario Western Fair - the artist was only 13 and studied under John Powell Hunt (Canadian 1854-1932). This lot includes a frame photo showing the 13 year old artist with the paintings he entered in the fair.
