Lavoisier, Antoine Laurent (1743-1794), Manuscript document signed, July 11, 1781, two pages, in French, forming a business contract with an architect Samson-Nicholas Lenoir (1737-1810), detailing monies to be paid and scheduling the responsibilities of both, with an extensive postscript in another hand, folio, (overall very good to excellent, edge lightly toned, lower right edge with chipping and very minor tears, three small holes lower left not affecting text).
