(New York Land Deed, 17th Century), One page, dated 2nd July 1668, transferring a parcel of land and the houses and appurtenances thereon to Thomas Lewis by Burgur Joris, and signed by Nicolaus Bayard, with wax seal to lower left, 12 1/2 by 12 1/4 in., (laid onto linen with fold separations, browning, and minor edge chipping).
