US CADET CAPTAINS PRESENTATION DRESS SWORD 30.5 inch blade, etched to "Cadet Captain CD Nelson, from CO D" with shield, gun and flag design work and American eagle to the reverse. Heavily gilded fittings with silvered eagle cartouche to the pierced guard. Folding rear guard with "US". Wire bound mother of pearl grip. Knights armor pommel. Plated scabbard with gilded foliate design fittings. Very good overall, some wear to the etching. Gold sword knot (worn). EST. $3000 - 5000
