JAPANESE SWORD KATANA Slightly curved blade of 25.5 inches. Some staining and the blade has been rubbed down, minor pitting. The tang is signed and has an other stamp that looks like a bee. Single hand produced mekugi-ana and deep "V" shaped yasuri-me. The hamon is Gunome and clearly visible. Iron Tsuba with frogs and reeds. Silvered menuki in the form of bees. Matching fuchi and kashira. Lightly lacquered saya. EST. $800 - 1200
