Bound in 1983 by Arthur Johnson in full maroon morocco, decorative hand-colored inlaid morocco menorah to front cover, inlaid rabbi figural silhouettes to spine and rear cover, dentilles, housed in matching quarter morocco clamshell case. Provenance: Saul Shapiro (bookplate). Includes a loosely inserted letter from Johnson to Shapiro which accompanied the initial delivery of the completed volume.
