Contemporary paneled calf, rebacked at an early date, spines numbered in gilt with early manuscript lettering labels, housed in a custom case. Condition: lightly spotted throughout, some repairs to worming of final leaves of vol.1, minor chips to margin of frontispiece. Provenance: Henry Lambert, Esq. (bookplates). first edition of gulliver's travels. Teerink's "B" edition with portrait in 2nd state as commonly seen.
