The Foreign Office, 1904, edition probably of 25 (Wuerth, 297). Signed "JPennell imp" in pencil l.c., identified on a label from Frederick Keppel & Co., New York, on the reverse. Etching on paper, plate size 11 x 8 1/2 in., framed. Condition: Subtle toning, not examined out of frame.
