American School, 20th Century, Self Portrait, dedicated, indistinctly signed, and dated "For Nick---and Love...'73" in pencil on the mount; Donald Wright Patterson, Jr. (American, b. 1937), La Laja, Venezuela, titled, dated, and signed "...1965 Donald Wright Patterson Jr." in pencil on the mount and in ink verso. Gelatin silver prints, mounted, image sizes to 9 x 6 1/2 in., unframed. Condition: Both with minor nicks to edges.

Provenance: Through the estate of Nicholas Dean, Wiscasset, Maine.
