Lot of Three Landscapes: Thatched Cottage, River Bend, and River View with Spire. Cottage initialed and dated "A.Lees 1894" l.r., family provenance affixed to the reverse, watercolor on paper, 9 x 13 1/4; Bend signed "A.L..." l.r.; Spire signed and dated "A. Lees 1899" l.r.; Bend and Spire oil on canvas, 8 x 10 in.; both framed. Condition: Spire with approx. 1 in. tear to center.
