Unusual bayonet modified to sidearm

D-130 Unusual bayonet - modified to a sidearm. Old gold painted finish on a solid pronounced "bird head" steel pommel. Similar to the shape of the U.S. Krag bayonets of the 1890's. White painted-like material grips. Steel straight crossguard with an applied jewelry type bracelet (pearls/stones set into circular and cloverleaf designs) around ferrule. 16 1/4" blade with a long fuller. Rounded tip. Light pitting and wear. Unmarked. Possibly Mid-Eastern or Balkans. No scabbard. Condition II- 30.00
