Imperial Russian Curassier officer tunic

F-82 - Imperial Russian Curassier officer tunic. Fine green wool body with a 1 3/8" flat silver tress with red borders running down both open front sides and continuing over and around the red standup collar. Two silver buttons on shoulders for epaulettes. Red pointed cuffs with the same tree pointed upward above the cuff, with a silver button. A set of 14 hooks/loops act as front fasteners in the place of buttons. Reverse has red piping on the scalloped "skirt" and continuing up to the shoulder and coming down the back of the arm seam. Cloth belt holder with a silver button on back waist. Six silver buttons on "skirt". What appears to be the original silk lining consists of a white upper section and a lower red. Expected minor wear on inside of collar and some water stains on back shoulders and sleeve - otherwise in very good condition. Circa 1890 - 1900. Rare. II.....$750.00
