F-136 - Polish post-WWII "walking-out" uniform. Consists of: (1) Open collar tunic, with four pockets and silver bullion embroidered eagles on lapels. High relief embroidered silver bullion panel and star on epaulettes. Brace of 22 ribbon bars (including three different classes of the Order of the Polonia Restituta, 30 and 40 Year Long Service Medals). Also an enameled Academy of the General Staff Badge. Darkened Polish eagle bakelite buttons. Silk lined. (2) Matching trousers with a double blue stripe and a smaller center blue piping. (3) Matching peaked cap with an elaborate relief silver bullion Polish eagle on a crescent. Continuous line of a heavy silver bullion "M" design, with a star, on the hatband. Two heavy silver bullion cords on visor. Quality brown leather chinstrap. Leather sweatband and silk ling. "TORUN" maker label under clear moisture shield. Excellent. I.....$600.00
