German WWI pilot Aces autographs

S-15 - Lot of 5 photos related to German WWI aces who later became Luftwaffe generals. All mounted on both sides of a 15 7/8" x 12" hardstock sheet with handwritten biographies. Includes: (1) Friedrich Christiansen. 21 victories. Autographed 1932 photo with the famous Dornier Dox 12-engine aircraft in the background. Also an original 5" x 7" photo of the Dox in flight. (2) Carl-August von Schoenebeck. 8 victories. Flew with Jasta 11. Copy photo with a post-war signature. (3) Photo copy of card bearing all members of Jasta 11, led by the "Red Baron". (4) Franz Hermann Dahlmann. 6 victories. Copy, in Luftwaffe uniform, of photo at the 1937 National Air Meet - and so stated and signed on reverse by Dahlman. Dated 1971. II.....$125.00
