Several large photographs of 1920's aircraft, a WWII portrait photo in uniform and Eble's American Legion cap point to his lifelong interest. Of special note is the cap which has the American Legion emblem, "FLORIDA", a "40/8" Badge, "317", "COMMANDER" and his original age-toned WWI silver bullion Pilot's Wings - which have been sewn to the cap.
