Lionel Black 390E Loco with 390T Tender LN OB

Lionel prewar standard gauge 390E steam loco with flags and 390T tender in OBs with original insert for the tender. Loco and tender have black bodies with orange stripes and copper and brass trim. Loco has been re-wheeled. Loco has some nicks on cow catcher and on front of frame. The top of the loco cab may have been repainted. There is a factory casting flaw on the side of the tender. Loco and tender are C7-8. OBs are sealed on the bottom and are bricks, C9-10.
