Lionel prewar standard gauge 400E black 4-4-4 steam loco with a 400T tender. The loco and tender have brass trim. The 400E steam loco has solid castings and the frame has grown slightly. The cab roof on the loco has been repainted. The rest of the loco is C7-8. The tender is very clean, C8.
