Carved Ivory Wrist Rest W/Scenic Display: large flowers, plants and has a woman and 2 children at its base. She is cutting leaves from the plant. Above them is a crab, bird and dragonfly. It will stand on its own. This item was used by Chinese scholars in writing with a brush and ink.
