Embrace Silkscreen Print by Lee Krasner

Embrace, a contemporary-American original silkscreen by Lee Krasner (1908-1984), wife of Jackson Pollock, in an edition of 200, printed in 4 shades of grey on Arches paper by Jackson Lowell of Chromacorp, 1974. Print commissioned to commemorate the 1976 Olympics. Krasner stated of the work: "The opportunity for nations to come together, for a single event, such as the Olympics, provides a spirit in which all the nations embrace."
