Nouveau Heliosine Ware Ceramic Vase ca. 1900

Art-Nouveau-style ceramic vase decorated with an iridescent glaze and an unusual form featuring snails, a beetle, and 4 tentacle-like handles. Attributed to Heliosine Ware Austria, agents for Reissner, Stellmacher & Kessel and Zsolnay, ca. 1900. (renamed Alexander Porcelain Works Ernst Wahliss in 1905); unmarked.
