Set of 8 Erotic B/W Prints by Majeska ca. 1920

ORTHOCHROMES by MAJESKA collection of black-and-white prints showing women in both erotic and masculine dress in a style reminiscent of Aubrey Beardsley (1872-1898), limited edition print 231/1510 of which 1449 were issued, published by Vera Sundelson, New York; each print includes a French title and signature. Set of eight. Majeska was a lesbian illustrator who worked on erotic and non-erotic books from the 1920s to 1940. 

Dimensions: Cover 13"H x 10"W; prints each approximately (image area) 9-1/8"H x 6-3/8"W; leaf 12-1/2"H x 9-1/2"W

Overall very good; some minor tears to top edge of cover.
