Decanter w/Nouveau-Style Sterling-Silver Overlay

<p>Glass decanter and stopper with an Art-Nouveau-style sterling-silver overlay elaborately decorated with a floral motif and a plaque inscribed  <i>LOOK NOT UPON THE WINE / WHEN IT RUNNETH RED, with the monogram <i>PT</i> inscribed on the stopper, ca. 1890; stamps and marks on the bottom of both the silver and glass.

Dimensions: 9-3/8"H x 4-5/8"W x 2-5/8"D

Some scratching, wear, and fingerprints to silver.
