A rare document calling for the re-admission of Members of Parliament, Soldiers and Officers formerly opposed to the Commonwealth to the Army and Parliament and Government and supporting the "Plantation of Ireland in the hands of Adventurers and Soldiers and other English and Protestants advanced. Signatories include names of soldiers and planters, whose family names are still well known in Munster - Fenton, Wilson, Lucas, Barrington, Wade, King, Dillon, Manserghe, Russel, Nicholls, Cullen, Coughlan, Dowdal, Holland, Pennefether, etc.
