1922 A Collection of rare original photographs. Provenance: Hugh Kennedy; thence by descent Two different original photographs among Hugh Kennedy's private papers of the members of the committee who drafted the first Irish Constitution, in session.: Kennedy is present in one photo and absent in the other. The Chairman Michael Collins is absent and was present at the first session only. The acting or vice-chairman was Darrell Figgis. Members included Figgis, Alfred O'Rahilly, James Murnihan, J.G. Douglas, James McNeill and an American C.J. France, brother of Senator France of Maryland. Kennedy sits third from the right in the smaller of the two pictures.
