1971 (22 June) Lieutenant General Harry Tuzo, Officer Commanding Land Forces Northern Ireland Important Letter to Commissioner Peter Brodie, New Scotland Yard. typescript, manuscript signature 30 by 20cm., 12 by 8in. Written from his headquarters at Lisburn, Tuzo congratulates Brodie and his force for the arrest and trial of Provisional IRA Officers, Francis Card and Billy McKee. A very rare signed letter from a British Commander in Northern Ireland.
