Brendan Behan. BORSTAL BOYsigned and inscribed in Irish and English by the author, 21 April 1959 printed dust jacket, original cloth, 343pp 22 by 15cm., 8.7 by 6in. The inscription reads "O Earnain mo chara O Bhreandain To Ernie my friend from Brendan." He has written the inscription in the Irish and English languages & signed his first name twice - the Irish version and then the English. It is dated in Irish "21 adh Aibrean 1959" i.e. 21st April 1959. Signed copies are very rare.
