Illustrated and decorated by Alastair. John Lane, The Bodley Head, London and New York, 1920. A Limited edition of 1000 copies and cannot be reprinted, as the stones from which the offset plates were printed were in Belgium at the time of the German invasion and were destroyed. Illustrated with 12 full page plates and 13 opening initials printed in black and turquoise and teal highlights.
