Pair of Unusual Provincial Porcelain Wall Pockets, late 19th c., in the form of bagpipes, with gilt and polychromed decoration, one with a reserve of a female farmer, the other a bagpipe player, H.- 7 1/4 in., W.- 4 3/4 in., D.- 2 in.
Condition reportThere is a repaired chip to the end of the large horn of bagpipe on one of the pockets. There are glazing imperfections to the rim. Light wear to gilt on the end of the large horn of the other wall pocket. There is a chip out of the hanging hole on the back of the piece.
