3 English Hand-Colored Bird Prints Lear 1836

Unique framed collection of three hand-colored plates from the book The Naturalist's Library entitled and depicting a Festive Parrot, Goliah Aratoo, and a Malacca Ring-Parrakeet by English artist, author, and poet Edward Lear (1812-1888) who popularized the limerick and published the Book of Nonsense; archivally matted, London, 1836; each signed.

Dimensions: Each plate 4" x 6"; with frame 17-1/2" x 18"
