Berrocal Mini-David Sculpture-Puzzle 1968

Mini-David dismountable sculpture composed of twenty-two elements except base, designed by Miguel Berrocal (Spanish, 1933-2006), nickel plated aluminum alloy, Verona, Italy, 1968; signed Berrocal and numbered 2673. Instructions for mounting and biographical notes included. Of the Mini-Multiples editions of Mini-David there exist six examples in 18K fine gold, 500 examples in gold-plated aluminum alloy, 9500 examples in nickel-plated aluminum alloy and editions in synthetic resin.

Dimensions: Torso 4-1/4"H x 2-1/8"W x 1-1/2"D; base 1-1/8"H x 2-1/8" diameter

Excellent, occasional surface patination.
