Unusual Chinese Lacquered Wood Side Table, 19th century, the brown and gilt lacquered surface with floral and bird designs, raised on indented legs terminating in claw feet and having a lower shelf with similar lacquer decoration, h. 27-3/4", w. 17-1/2", d. 13".
Condition reportChinese Lacquered Wood Side Table: In "as found" condition. The surface and decoration appears original with no touch up. Light wear to the tip with some losses and rubs along the edges. No sign of any significant damage or repairs. Sturdy. Could use a polishing.
