Unusual Chinese Export Porcelain Pastry Stand, second quarter 19th century, of circular, footed form in "Rose Medallion" decor, the central medallion of the plate enframed by alternating wedge-form reserves of "Mandarins" and flowers and birds, the underside of the plate with a trio of equidistant rose medallions, h. 3-3/4", dia. 9-3/8".
Condition reportUnusual Chinese Export Porcelain Pastry Stand: In "as found" condition. No restorations. The outer rim of the bowl has some roughness along the edge and three small inner chips. The foot is fine. Very light wear to the edge and gilding surface.
