Regency Mahogany and Ebony-Inlaid Sideboard

Impressive Regency Mahogany and Ebony-Inlaid Sideboard, first quarter 19th century, of large scale, the shaped and banded top mounted to a conforming base of two banks, each having a curved door flanked by reeded columns and ending in large carved paw feet, h. 39", w. 99", d. 28".

Impressive Regency Mahogany and Ebony-Inlaid Sideboard: Miscellaneous scattered old stains and scars to the top. Other dings and minor imperfections with along the edges consistent with age and use. The center drawer is lacking its brass inset escutcheon. Great form and nicely carved details to the feet. The finish is a polished surface with a good overall patina. The sideboard disassembles for ease of transportation.
