Twenty-One-Piece Japanese Taisho Satsuma Pottery Tea and Dessert Service, for six persons, first quarter 20th century, the richly gilded and polychromed service comprised of a teapot, h. 6", a covered cream pitcher, h. 4", a covered two-handled sugar basin, h. 3-7/8", six teacups, h. 2", six tea saucers, dia. 5-3/8", and six dessert plates, dia. 7-1/2", all in "Mount Fujiyama" decor, each piece signed on the base with a black and gold colophon.
