American Sheraton Mahogany Dining Table, early 19th century, in two parts, each D-end section with a reeded top edge, supported by ring-turned tapering legs ending in brass cup casters, and including a single 21"-wide leaf, h. 28", w. 45-1/4", l. 43", extended l. 64".

American Sheraton Mahogany Dining Table: In good overall condition, retaining a good deep reddish-brown color and a polished and waxed surface. The tops on both end sections are original The central leaf appears to be a later replacement. The top surfaces exhibit scattered stains, mars and abrasions, most of which have had finish applied over, giving them a nice patina. There are a couple shrinkage cracks extending in from the edge of the top, the largest being approximately 12".
