Regal French Porcelain Jewel Casket, gilt-brass-mounted and opulently gilded in the Louis XVI Sevres style, the four sides and the lid of bleu celeste grounds centered with polychromed floral reserves, the interior fully lined in padded antique white satin, the base marked with pseudo-Sevres interlaced L's and the date letter for 1777, h. 7-3/4", w. 15", d. 9".
